Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking an Automation Engineer & IT Tools Management Optimization Specialist (L3 Support) to join our dynamic team in a hybrid Madrid workplace. You will design, develop and maintain automation solutions for IT operations, optimize tools and ITSM workflows, and deliver dashboards and KPI metrics for service reviews.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of automation experience, strong scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ansible) and hands-on ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles.
• Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB administration.
• Knowledge of monitoring and event management platforms.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation workflows.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles.

WHERE AND WHEN?

• Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
• Office attendance: 3 days per week
• Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
