Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Madrid is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will automate deployments, manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes, implement monitoring and alerting, and ensure high system reliability.

The role offers 60% remote work with a permanent contract, a flexible compensation plan including tickets and health benefits, and a strong onboarding program.

Formación

• 3+ years in design, build and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infra.

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, and delivery workflows.
• Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively detect issues and guarantee high system availability.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, optimizing application deployment, scaling, and operational efficiency.
• Integrate security best practices, vulnerability scanning, and access control policies directly into deployment pipelines and infrastructure configurations.
• Troubleshoot environment outages, perform root-cause analysis for system failures, and collaborate with development teams to optimize system reliability and performance.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Years' experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role designing, building, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating deployments, managing containerized environments, and ensuring system reliability using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong professional proficiency in English.
