Tata Consultancy Services Spain is seeking an Automation Engineer & IT Tools Management Optimization Specialist (L3 Support) for a hybrid Madrid-based role. You will design, develop and maintain automation for IT infrastructure operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You should have 5+ years in automation/IT operations, strong scripting in PowerShell, Python and Ansible, and hands-on ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB administration.

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles.
• Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python and Ansible.

• Knowledge of monitoring and event management platforms.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation workflows.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Where and when?

• Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid) Office attendance: 3 days per week Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
