Job summary

Product Madness, Inc. is seeking an Associate Technical Product Owner in Barcelona to collaborate with technical and business teams, prioritize backlogs, and own the features and roadmaps for our gaming products.

You will work with architects, producers, and developers to refine requirements and ensure the product aligns with company strategy, driving innovation and excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a technical role (software engineer, QA, analyst, etc.).
• Experience in Technical Build and Requirements Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies to drive efficient project execution.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar systems for managing backlogs and writing user stories.
• Understanding of relational SQL databases and various normalization forms.

Responsibilities

• Work with technical and business collaborators to develop and prioritize backlog, epics, projects, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Producers, Scrum Masters, and Technical Directors to define technical solutions and the product vision.
• Define and elaborate features for the engineering team and own products.
• Encourage and motivate engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions with purpose.
• Build and manage detailed roadmaps and timelines.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes and products.
