TOPPAN Digital Language in Sevilla is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of translation projects across sectors. You will determine resources, manage costs, identify risks, and support business development while mentoring junior colleagues.

The role requires a university degree in translation or languages, fluent English plus another language, and 4+ years of PM experience with market research clients.

• University degree in relevant discipline (translation, languages) or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and ideally one other language, both spoken and written, are preferred for this position.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with Market Research clients.
• People management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and growing business.
• Strong IT skills, advanced knowledge of CAT tools and understanding of MT.
• Strong communication skills including presentation/meeting facilitation.
• Ability to take initiative in resolving queries/issues.
• Responsibility and accountability in client-facing situations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive and flexible team player.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead and effectively manage the full lifecycle of translations projects ranging from different sectors and document types.
• Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives and operational needs.
• Proactively lead the identification of any potential issues and resolve and close identified gaps.
• Actively participate in and support business development efforts and client meetings and other parts of the business.
• Ownership and maintenance of corresponding production processes.
• Billing forecasting and management.
• Participate in mentoring or training of junior colleagues.
• Support the planning and allocation of projects across the team, monitoring workload distribution and proactively flagging potential risks to the line manager.
• Support the tracking and analysis of team KPIs and delivery metrics to identify improvement opportunities in processes and team workflows.
• Support onboarding activities for new team members, ensuring smooth integration into the team and alignment with team processes and standards.
• Provide operational support to the TC in people management activities, including assistance in Recruitment, Development and Training or Performance Review processes, under the supervision of the Team Coordinator.

Working model:

Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
