Kraft Heinz in Alfaro, Spain is seeking an Associate Senior Packaging Development Technologist to join the European R&D Packaging team. You will develop and industrialize packaging solutions, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive cost-out and sustainability efforts.

The role focuses on NPD, cost-outs, and cross-functional delivery across Europe, requiring packaging/engineering background, English fluency, and hands-on experience with MS Office.

Formación

• Completed packaging/engineering degree.
• Experience in packaging development in a complex/matrix organization.
• Understanding of food technology and preservation.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Business fluency in English (written & verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Delivering/ supporting NPD and cost-out projects to annual operating plan commitments.
• Support the Packaging Development Team and/or Packaging Development Manager in developing new or improved packaging.
• Delivering key goals: cost competitiveness, sustainability, and capability development in Europe.
• Creating and implementing industrialized packaging solutions within projects with robust risk management.
• Proactively drive ideas to build the packaging pipeline.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Europe.
