Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics Procurement to shape sourcing for transportation, warehousing and related services across a complex international network.

You will partner with business teams to deliver savings, supplier performance improvements, and operational excellence. The role focuses on the EMEA region with support for APAC and global initiatives, offering ownership of regional decisions and a broader transformation that simplifies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, etc).
• Experience in procurement, logistics, transportation, or supply chain across multi-country environments.
• Strong financial understanding; ability to analyse costs and translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with MS Excel; dashboards or Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent English; French is advantageous.
• Experience managing external suppliers including sourcing, cost review, negotiation, and contracting (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs).
• Data-driven decision making and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Shape sourcing strategies for transport and logistics services, leading market reviews, tenders, supplier evaluations, and negotiations.
• Build relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, parcel providers, and warehouse partners to improve reliability, quality and sustainability.
• Negotiate contracts, rate cards, renewals, service levels, and commercial terms with clear agreements.
• Use spend data and total-cost analyses to identify savings and contribute to business cases.
• Coordinate priorities across countries and business units to move sourcing projects forward.
• Monitor market developments and implement supplier-led improvements across the logistics network.
• Support broader Supply Chain projects with procurement expertise.
