Job summary

Amcor is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for its Supply Chain function. You’ll partner with Supply Chain Directors across multiple countries, reporting to the HR Director EMEA, shaping people strategies and delivering HR solutions that support 64+ plants in 20 countries.

In this role you will harmonize practices, build capability, lead talent programs, drive engagement, and oversee HR operations including recruitment and policy implementation across a diverse and growing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations.
• Experience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering, talent, and capability development.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and strong data-driven mindset.
• Skilled in change management with a passion for driving transformation and engagement.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels, adaptable, approachable, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies that align with business priorities. Influence decisions, provide insights, and champion HR initiatives.
• Lead the design and delivery of talent management programs, performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capability across the network.
• Drive engagement and create positive energy across the organization. Support transformation initiatives, harmonize HR practices across plants, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleLink/Workday). Manage key HR projects that improve efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning.
