Houlihan Lokey in Madrid is seeking an experienced Associate for our Financial Restructuring Group. Based in our Madrid office, you will work on debtor- and creditor-side restructurings and distressed M&A across transnational engagements.
You will build financial models, prepare memos and presentations, coordinate due diligence, and engage with clients and senior professionals. Fluency in English and Spanish and a strong work ethic are essential.

Associates in Financial Restructuring work on a variety of transactions within the group, including debtor‑ and creditor‑side restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions.
