ES.780 Houlihan Lokey (Europe) GmbH, Sucursal en España is seeking an experienced analyst to join the Financial Restructuring Group in Madrid. The ideal candidate will assist with restructuring transactions, participate in negotiations, and perform financial analysis for deal teams.

Formación

• Up to 3 years of experience in Leverage Finance or Financial Restructuring.
• Demonstrated interest in financial restructuring and complex transactions.
• Solid knowledge of valuation theory, methodologies, and application.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with out‑of‑court restructuring transactions and provide advisory services.
• Participate in complex negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Prepare reports for deal teams.

Conocimientos

Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills

Proficiency in LBO and DCF modeling

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English

Educación

2:1 degree in accounting, economics, or finance
