Houlihan Lokey in Madrid is seeking an experienced Associate for our Financial Restructuring Group. Based in our Madrid office, you will work on debtor- and creditor-side restructurings and distressed M&A across transnational engagements.

You will build financial models, prepare memos and presentations, coordinate due diligence, and engage with clients and senior professionals. Fluency in English and Spanish and a strong work ethic are essential.

Formación

• Degree qualified.
• Interest in Financial Restructuring and complex transactions.
• Experience in investment banking or related field preferred.
• Strong valuation knowledge and modelling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, analyse and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Create financial models.
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
• Prepare valuation analyses and support negotiations with stakeholders.
• Lead planning and execution of marketing engagements.
• Build relationships with clients and advisors; supervise junior staff.
• Assist in marketing and planning of engagements.
