Overview

Associate / Partner – Executive Search | Barcelona

Black Recruitment is an executive search boutique specializing in Management and C-Level placements within the IT & Tech industries across Europe and the U.S. We work exclusively on direct search assignments for top leadership roles.

We are now looking for a Partner-level Associate to join our team in Barcelona. This is not a recruiter role. It is an opportunity for a seasoned executive search professional to become part of an entrepreneurial project, with the possibility to take equity / partnership and actively shape the future of Black Recruitment.

The Role

• Drive senior-level and C-Level executive search mandates across IT & Tech.
• Bring your own network of clients, investors, and senior leaders to expand our reach.
• Work as a trusted advisor to top decision-makers, providing strategic insights and long-term solutions.
• Operate with full autonomy, free from corporate bureaucracy, within a boutique and international environment.

Important: This is not a Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment position. We are looking for an experienced executive search consultant with the ambition to grow into a Partner role and contribute to the firm’s development.

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years in executive search with a proven track record in senior placements.
• Established personal network in the IT & Tech industry, ideally across Europe and / or the U.S.
• Entrepreneurial mindset : capable of bringing business opportunities and co-developing the firm.
• Excellent communication in English, able to operate at C-Level.
• Spanish residency and valid NIE required.
