Novartis is seeking an Associate Director BPA - Biomedical Research in Barcelona. You will drive financial planning, forecasting and performance insights to influence strategic investments across Neuroscience and Immunology, partnering with global research leaders.
You will lead budgeting and long-range planning, deliver clear financial reporting, and shape resource allocation while collaborating across functions in a hybrid working model. English fluency required.

€59,100 to €109,700
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
