PROGRAM OVERVIEW

eDO’s ONE‑YEAR graduate program, NEXT, is designed for students about to graduate or who have recently completed a tech‑related degree. It focuses on personal learning and development while allowing participants to work on real projects that impact the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work directly in an Agile multidisciplinary team, influencing products in areas such as booking experience, payments, and search using technologies including Java 8‑11, ES6, Backbone, ReactJS, VueJS, Lodash, Kafka, Cassandra, Redis, Neo4j, BigTable, Docker, Google Cloud, SASS, Mocha, Chai, Selenium, Node.js, WebPack, Babel, Grunt, NPM.
• Develop hands‑on experience with AI‑development tools, including GitHub Copilot and other AI‑powered coding assistants.
• Follow a dedicated onboarding and career path, choosing either a Backend or Frontend focus.
• Receive mentoring from experienced peers, Senior Developers, Architects, QA Managers, and more.
• Participate in a culture that values open feedback, collaboration, and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Recent or soon‑to‑be graduate in a tech‑related field (e.g., Computer Science).
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive attitude, sharp analytical mindset, go‑getter spirit.
• Strong interest and demonstrated engagement in AI, including coursework, projects, or other hands‑on experience.
• Willingness to learn and iterate.
