eDreams ODIGEO, a global leader in online travel, invites graduates to join the NEXT | eDO Tech Graduate Program in Madrid. This one-year program offers hands-on project work, mentoring, and a clear career path in AI, backend or frontend tracks.

You will work in agile teams using modern tech like Java, React, Docker and Google Cloud, developing both technical and soft skills while making real impact on product areas such as booking and payments.

Formación

• Recent graduates from tech-related fields such as Computer Science.
• Fluent in English with a proactive attitude and an analytical mindset.
• Strong interest and demonstrated engagement with AI, ML or automation.
• Hands-on experience or active exploration of AI is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly in multidisciplinary agile teams where you influence products in areas such as booking, payments, and searches, using technologies such as Java 8 to Java 11, ES6, Backbone, ReactJS, VueJS, Lodash, Kafka, Cassandra, Redis, Neo4j, BigTable, Docker, Google Cloud, SASS, Mocha, Chai, Selenium, Cucumber, WebPack, Babel, Grunt, NPM.
• Develop hands-on experience with AI development tools, including GitHub Copilot and other AI-powered coding assistants.
• Follow a dedicated onboarding and career path tailored to your goals, with the possibility of choosing a backend or frontend track.
• Receive mentoring from experienced peers, guided training and on-the-job learning with senior developers, architects, QA managers, and more.
• Work in an open culture where feedback is valued and collaboration is encouraged.

Qualifications

We’re looking for recent graduates from tech‑related fields such as Computer Science who are fluent in English, have a proactive attitude, a sharp analytical mindset, and a go‑getter mindset.

A strong interest and demonstrated engagement with artificial intelligence, machine learning or automation through coursework, personal projects or online learning is required.

Hands‑on experience or active exploration of AI is expected.

Most importantly, you should be eager to learn.
