eDreams ODIGEO is seeking an experienced Senior Learning & Development Partner to drive leadership development and learning initiatives in a hybrid setup. You will partner with executives and managers to identify skills gaps, design tailored programs, and measure impact to improve business performance.

You will coach leaders, translate data into actionable insights, and stay ahead of AI-enabled learning trends.

• Background in leadership development and executive coaching.

• Track record of analyzing behavioral adoption and business metrics.

What you will do:

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Engage with business leaders to understand needs, assess skills gaps and act as an internal consultant, building capability to solve real organizational performance gaps
• Build strong relationships across teams, acting as a trusted advisor for people managers and teams to foster a learning culture that will drive business results.
• Design and deliver tailored learning experiences for people managers and teams, leveraging a variety of learning methods, incorporating impact assessment to ensure that we deliver impactful solutions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future learning initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of learning programs, from needs analysis to content development, delivery, and impact measurement.
• Provide personalized coaching to leaders to strengthen critical capabilities, drive behavioral change, and support career growth aligned with organizational needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest learning trends and tools to continuously enhance learning effectiveness to improve our learning offer.
• Enable leaders to build the AI capabilities needed to accelerate business transformation, drive adoption of new ways of working, and deliver measurable business results.

What you need to succeed:

Good to have

• A background in leadership development and effective individual coaching interventions.
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering impactful learning and development solutions that will drive business value.
• Proven record of tracking behavioral adoption and business impact metrics
• Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude or other AI-powered assistants to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI & emerging technologies.
• Highly fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong executive presence and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly with different audiences.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to bring new ideas to the table.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to continuously improve the learning experience of eDOers
• Analytical thinking to assess the impact of learning intervention and propose data-driven solutions.
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different functions.
• Proven ability to coach mid-to-senior managers and challenge senior stakeholders constructively using data-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
• Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
