IE University´s Business School invites applications for tenure-track positions at the Assistant professor level, starting in the 2027 academic year. We welcome applications from candidates in the Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Operations & Business Analytics departments.

Successful candidates have the potential to develop an active research program resulting in publications in top-tier peer-reviewed journals. They will have the opportunity to interact and work closely with faculty from other disciplines as well as provide intellectual leadership in their area.

All applicants should have earned a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized school by the date of the appointment. English is the main language of instruction and institutional communication. Spanish is neither required nor expected.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
