• Act as the primary point of contact for solution consumers regarding API usage and adoption.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and business teams to ensure consistent understanding of integration solutions.
• Create reusable enablement artifacts, technical documentation, and knowledge assets.
• Ensure solution consumers are equipped with accurate implementation guidance and best practices.

Role Summary

The API / Solution Enablement Lead ensures that approved technical designs are understood, adopted, and used correctly by internal and external consumers. This role acts as the primary bridge between solution design and real world consumption.

This role does not make architectural decisions and does not own delivery or requirements.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and service-oriented architectures
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns
• Ability to interpret architecture diagrams and technical solution documents
• Expertise in creating sequence diagrams and API flow documentation using PlantUML
• Familiarity with API lifecycle management and onboarding processes
• Strong documentation and technical communication skills
• Experience working with distributed/global teams
• Knowledge of API gateways, authentication, and integration standards is preferred
