Amaris Consulting seeks an API Integration Delivery Lead to drive end‑to‑end onboarding of API projects using MuleSoft API Gateway. You will coordinate architects, API providers, and Change Management teams across multiple functions while ensuring production readiness and robust integration designs.

The role requires strong ownership, excellent documentation, and the ability to manage several integrations concurrently.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in integration, middleware, API management, or related technical environments.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Anypoint Platform, MuleSoft API Manager or comparable API Gateway solutions (Apigee, Azure API Management, Kong, AWS API Gateway).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, DNS, routing, proxies, authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Understanding enterprise network connectivity and cross‑zone application communication.
• Experience coordinating technical implementations across multiple teams.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and IT Change Management processes.
• Ability to read and understand integration and architecture designs.
• Experience with Akamai and ServiceNow Change Management is a plus.
• Understanding of enterprise IAM and Identity Provider integrations is a plus.
• Experience troubleshooting end‑to‑end connectivity, CI/CD, and automated platform configuration is a plus.
• English fluent; Spanish a plus.
• Strong ownership and multi‑tasking under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end API onboarding projects delivered through a MuleSoft API Gateway platform.
• Coordinate API providers, API consumers, Enterprise Architecture, Akamai, networking, API Gateway specialists, and Change Management teams.
• Gather onboarding requirements and follow up on integration analysis activities.
• Manage technical dependencies related to Akamai, JIRA, backend connectivity, DNS, and network coordination.
• Oversee MuleSoft configuration delivery and ensure alignment with integration requirements.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end testing activities and support issue identification across API, authentication, networking, DNS, gateway, and integration flows.
• Prepare and maintain technical runbooks, Confluence documentation, and production readiness materials.
• Manage ServiceNow Change Requests and ensure compliance with IT Change Management processes.

• Experience with MuleSoft, Anypoint Platform, MuleSoft API Manager, or comparable API Gateway solutions such as Apigee, Azure API Management, Kong, or AWS API Gateway.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, DNS, routing, proxies, reverse proxies, authentication and authorization, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, certificates, and client credentials.
• Understanding of enterprise network connectivity and application communication across network zones.
• Experience coordinating technical implementations across multiple teams.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and IT Change Management processes.
• Ability to read and understand integration and architecture designs.
• Experience with Akamai and ServiceNow Change Management is a strong plus.
• Understanding of enterprise IAM and Identity Provider integrations is a plus.

• Strong written technical documentation skills and ability to operate independently with limited supervision.
