Ideal candidates hold a PhD in engineering or related fields, possess advanced MS Office skills, and are fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• PhD in Engineering/Math/Computing or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the editorial process for journals in your domain of expertise.
• Organize peer-review evaluations and coordinate editorial decisions.
• Format manuscripts according to in-house standards.
• Handle email communication between parties involved in publication processes.
• Collaborate with editorial and production teams.
• Ensure scholarly articles are edited and published with tight deadlines and high consistency.
