COYA Marbella busca un/a Assistant Club Manager para unirse al equipo de un club de lujo. Se requiere experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles de gestión en clubes exclusivos y habilidades fuertes de liderazgo y servicio al cliente.

Se valoran habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español, capacidad de liderar equipos y mantener altos estándares de experiencia para los huéspedes.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury club.
• Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
• Ability to maintain high customer service, ensuring guests' preferences are met and strive to exceed guest expectations.
• A passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal English & Spanish communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
