Puente Romano Beach Resort Marbella sits on Marbella's Golden Mile as a 5-star luxury property. We are seeking an Assistant Chief Steward (2nd Head of Silverware & Office) to supervise the silverware department, ensure hygiene, stock, and safe operation across resort outlets.

You will work closely with the Chief Steward, coordinate daily workflows, train staff, oversee industrial dishwashing equipment, and maintain HACCP compliance to support flawless service.

Formación

• Formal training in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Operations required.
• Experience in kitchen utility, silverware management, or stewarding supervision preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish; English or other languages helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in organizing daily operations across the office and silverware teams, ensuring adherence to resort procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate cleaning, sanitization, and storage of kitchen utensils, chinaware, glassware, and fine silverware.
• Distribute daily tasks and mentor new team members; maintain hygiene standards and effective communication with the Chief Steward.
• Supervise operation of industrial washing machinery; report maintenance needs and enforce safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP across stewarding areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure availability of service materials and handle last-minute requests.
