You will perform mise en place, help with buffet operations, and ensure cold chains and sanitation meet exacting standards in a high-end setting.

Formación

• 1+ year experience as Kitchen Assistant in luxury hotels.

Responsabilidades

• Food prep and service support following technical recipe sheets.
• Buffet setup, maintenance and breakdown for resort service.
• Maintain cold chain and stock hygiene according to standards.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen stations and utensils after service.
• Log waste and report equipment defects promptly.
• Comply with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
