Job summary

Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Beverage Operations leader to assist the Beverage Manager and oversee the shipboard beverage operation. You will direct the bar function and related activities across the vessel, either personally or through subordinate supervisors, to ensure consistency and quality.

You will manage a diverse team, ensure compliance with USPH rules, and help with planning, budgeting, and guest satisfaction strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of beverage management on a cruise ship.
• Supervisory experience with at least 30 employees.
• Knowledge of beverage brands and quality across liquors, wines, and beers.
• Ability to manage international staff and provide customer service.
• Proficiency in analyzing documents and calculating figures.
• Familiarity with USPH rules.
• Understanding of business and organizational planning, HR, and guest satisfaction.
• Working knowledge of software and internet navigation.

Hiring Requirements

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in Beverage Management on a cruise ship.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
• Supervisory experience with at least 30 employees.
• Knowledge of beverage brands and quality of liquors, wine, and beers.
• Ability to manage international staff and provide customer service.
• Proficiency in analyzing documents and calculating figures.
• Familiarity with USPH rules.
• Understanding of business and organizational planning, human resources, and guest satisfaction techniques.
• Working knowledge of computer software and internet navigation.

Language Requirements
