Hospitality Connection Barcelona SL in Cala d'Or is seeking a proactive Assistant to support the reception area alongside the Front Office Manager, acting as a motivational manager for quality. You are the bright face in front of guests and keep everything organized behind the scenes.

You will manage check-ins/outs, reservations, inquiries, and event support, ensuring smooth operations and close collaboration with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our club.

Formación

• Holds training as a hotel specialist.
• Experience at the reception desk in upscale hotels.
• Initial management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate arrival and departure, check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations and inquiries.
• Support organisation of events and functions.
• Ensure smooth reception and back-office operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist them.
