Sonae Sierra is seeking a Real Estate Asset Management Associate in Madrid to support the active management and performance optimization of a retail asset portfolio. You will assist in monitoring asset performance, developing business plans, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic goals.

Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, business or related field.
- 3–5 years of asset management or real estate investment experience, preferably retail.
- Strong financial modelling, Excel and PowerPoint skills; think-cell is a plus.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Support asset management team in monitoring performance across a portfolio of retail assets.
- Develop and update asset business plans with financial and operational analyses.
- Prepare reports and dashboards in Excel, consolidating budgets, cash flow and KPIs.
- Identify value-creation opportunities and support investment decisions.
- Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams and external consultants.
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations for senior management.
