Job summary

Livensa Living is seeking an Asset Analyst to bridge the financial and operational performance of its Madrid assets. The role focuses on long-term asset strategy, value creation, 360 view, and competitive positioning within its growing portfolio.

You will conduct site visits, support renovation projects, and collaborate with the Senior Asset Manager to optimize performance across properties, while maintaining a strategic market perspective relevant to shopping centers, retail, and hospitality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in asset management within shopping centers, retail, or hospitality.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate and/or retail development, leasing property management operations.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support the team in defining, developing and delivering the long-term strategic direction for each asset.
• Maintain a strategic view of assets with market, catchment, and customer insights.
• Assist with renovation projects on standing assets.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and reviews and advise the Senior Asset Manager.
• Act as owner of your portfolio of assets and drive process improvements.

We are looking for an Asset Analyst who will act as a link between the financial and investment side of the business and the operational performance of the properties.

Responsibilities

• Support to the team in defining, developing and delivering the long-term strategic direction for each stable asset, value creation, 360 view and competitive position.
• Holds a strategic view and the vision on the asset and a deep understanding of the market, catchment area and the customer
• Assist with renovation projects on standing assets
• Conduct site visits, inspections and reviews on a regular basis and advises the Senior Asset Manager
• Acts as an owner of his/her portfolio of assets
• Participates in improving processes/tools/” ways of working”
• Any other task required for the role

Requirements

• 2-plus years of progressive experience in shopping center/retail//hospitality asset management roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest for real estate and/or retail development, leasing property management operations.
• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent
