Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid seeks a French Native speaker to recruit doctors into a market research panel and build trustful relationships during recruitment and follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, manage engagement to maximize participation, and keep records updated. This is a full-time role in Madrid with a diverse, global environment.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills are valued.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors via multiple channels.
