Job summary

Otis is seeking a recruitment specialist to recruit doctors and manage their engagement for market research studies in a global context. You will call doctors, invite them to participate, and follow up to maximise response rates across a panel of healthcare professionals.

Fluency in French and strong English, plus excellent communication and organizational skills, are essential. Experience with multinational corporations is a plus; some translations and documentation tasks may be required.

Qualifications

• French native language required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
