Job summary

Claire Joster | People First is seeking a French-native recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors and manage their participation in market research studies, engaging healthcare professionals through calls and emails.

The role requires fluency in French, working knowledge of English, and excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with multinational companies is a plus; duties include documentation and translations as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels.
