Paack is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter for our Madrid Production Hub to recruit doctors for market research studies and maintain high participation rates. The role focuses on engaging healthcare professionals through phone and email, with emphasis on French as the native language and solid English communication for trainings and internal collaborations.

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills and ability to work with multinational teams.

Responsabilités

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
