Job summary

IQVIA is actively recruiting a French-native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub on a seasonal basis. You will build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging participants through calls and follow-ups to ensure regular completion of questionnaires.

You will work in a diverse, multinational environment, requiring strong attention to detail, professional communication, and analytical thinking as you support global health research initiatives.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among assigned doctors using various communication channels.
