Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. You will build a solid panel of doctors for market research studies and engage them regularly to ensure timely questionnaire completion and active participation.

You will follow up with panelists, update healthcare professional records, and assist with queries as part of a diverse, multi-national team dedicated to advanced analytics and life sciences insights.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates among assigned doctors using multiple communication channels.
