Empresa Especializada En Selección De Personal is looking for a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub office. The role involves recruiting doctors, inviting them to market research studies, and maintaining high participation through multi-channel outreach.

You will engage with healthcare professionals, coordinate communications, and support translations and documentation as needed. English proficiency is required for trainings and internal communications.

Formación

• French native speaker required.
• Good English to participate in trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication by telephone and email.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with multinational corporations is a plus.
• Tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates by using different communication channels and arguments.
