Domestiko.Com in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office on a full-time basis. Diversity is our way of life and you will recruit doctors and manage their participation in market research studies.

You will call doctors to invite them to market research studies, follow up to maximize participation, and ensure engagement across your assigned panel using multiple communication channels.

Formación

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation in market studies.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates by using multiple communication channels and arguments.
