Job summary

Domestiko.Com is seeking a French-speaking professional to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of a market research team. You will recruit doctors, invite them to studies, and manage participation through proactive outreach from our Madrid office.

The ideal candidate will have native French, good English, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills to handle calls and emails with professionals in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
