Job summary

You will handle dough mixing, fermentation, shaping and baking, while supporting health, safety and cleanliness standards. Experience in artisan or sourdough bakery is preferred; willingness to start early hours and stand for long periods is required.

Responsibilities

• Be part of daily bakery operations, ensuring production meets demand and quality.
• Support Head Baker with standards and quality control.
• Execute dough mixing, fermentation, shaping, proofing and baking.
• Maintain health, safety and cleaning standards in the bakery.
• Assist in development of new bakery products.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and monitor ingredient quality.
• Keep workstation clean, organized and food-safe.
