Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes precisely while working efficiently under time constraints.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Be part of daily bakery operations ensuring production meets demand with high quality.
• Assist in maintaining health, safety and cleaning standards in the bakery.
• Prepare dough, fermentation, shaping and baking with attention to timing.
• Support Head Baker and Front of House Lead/Manager as required.
• Develop and test new bakery products with the team.
