Landed in Valencia, Spain seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead renovation and new-build projects end-to-end. You will own on-site supervision and coordinate with subcontractors to keep work on schedule.

As a qualified architect with 1–3 years of experience, you will plan, source materials, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality across all phases of delivery. Fluent in English and Spanish, with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

• Architect with 1–3 years experience in architecture or renovation.
• Motivated to manage renovation projects from planning to execution.

Responsabilidades

• Fully responsible for your own project end-to-end management.
• Plan construction, coordinate subcontractors, and source materials.
• Hands-on supervision on site daily, with office-time procurement and planning.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of all units ready for sale or rent.
