Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to help grow new and existing businesses in the Catalonia region. The role combines advisory skills with strategic guidance across products and services to drive customer success.

You will meet sales targets, upsell additional products, and share expertise with teammates. A relocation package and a sea‑side office environment accompany a long‑term contract in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Native level of Arabic.
• Experience with Middle East and Egyptian markets.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Experience in inbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in IT.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted consultant to customers to maximise use of registrar and web hosting products.
• Reach assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Deliver against sales quota while ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Provide strategic recommendations to upsell products and platform features.
• Develop deep knowledge of core products and capabilities.
• Coach colleagues and handle escalation calls as needed.
