Passionate about digital communications? Join our Group Communications team and create engaging content for our global digital channels, analyze performance insights, and explore emerging technologies like AI. Your key responsibilities:

• Support corporate social media ideation, content creation, publishing, community management, reporting, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Create engaging, channel-specific social media assets
• Maintain and improve corporate website in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze digital communications channel performance and develop reports and recommendations

Support digital communications optimization initiatives for the corporate website and other digital platforms, incl. AI- and LLM- related opportunities, newsroom integration

You bring:

• A degree or background in Communications, Digital Marketing, Audiovisual, Media or related fields
• Strong written and visual content creation skills, with ability to adapt content across channels
• Familiarity with social media publishing and tools (like for example Sprout), community management, website content, and performance reporting
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines, and collaborate successfully with diverse stakeholders
• Curious about emerging digital trends, including AI
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; additional languages (Spanish, French or others) are a plus
• Proven experience with social media platforms and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, SharePoint, Canva, or similar
