Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Barcelona is seeking a Supply Chain Expert to manage raw material risks, coordinate global stakeholders and drive supply continuity. This role offers visibility to influence key decisions and quick growth in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

You will monitor risks, lead crisis task forces, and execute mitigation strategies while improving processes and crisis visibility. A minimum of 3 years in supply chain planning with a data-driven mindset is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Supply Chain Planning or related field with exposure to raw material risk or crisis management
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain: planning, procurement, inventory, allocation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication to align global and regional stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
• Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with prioritization
• Ability to translate complex supply situations into clear business impact and ownership mindset
