Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a related degree at bachelor’s or master’s level.
• Strong interest in beauty, dermocosmetics, and social media.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English.
• Proficient in MS Office and AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Your Tasks

• Support the identification, selection, and coordination of collaborations with influencers, dermatologists, pharmacists, and content creators for brand campaigns.
• Coordinate product seeding and monitor ongoing collaborations.
• Assist in the preparation of briefs, campaign execution, and influencer marketing reporting.
• Coordinate the implementation of influencer marketing campaigns in collaboration with influencer and media agencies, ensuring proper oversight of timelines, assets, and activations.
• Ensure that all campaign content and materials are published according to the agreed schedule and brand objectives.
• Participate in campaign performance reviews and result analysis.
• Support social media trend analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Provide organizational support and attend brand events.
• Assist in managing relationships with media outlets and external agencies.
• Contribute to the preparation and distribution of press releases and corporate communication materials.
• Verify campaign and performance reports.
• Identify editorial coverage and branded content opportunities.
• Support the monitoring of communication performance and KPI tracking.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the beauty industry, dermocosmetics, and social media.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to have:

• Previous internship or trainee experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or influencer management.
• Knowledge of marketing monitoring and reporting tools.
• Interest in digital trends and content creation
