Valeo busca un Senior HR Business Partner para apoyar a la dirección en Martos, España. El/la candidato/a asesorará a managers, alineando la estrategia de RR. HH. con la planificación de producción y la cultura corporativa.

Se requiere experiencia en gestión de talento, relaciones laborales y cumplimiento normativo, así como dominio del inglés (C1) y del español. Proyecto internacional, entorno tecnológico y oportunidades de desarrollo.

Formación

• Experiencia como HRBP y coaching a gerentes.
• Gestión completa del ciclo de adquisición de talento.
• Relaciones y compromiso con los empleados.
• Conocimiento de normativa de RR. HH. y cumplimiento.

Responsabilidades

• Asesorar a managers para liderar equipos.
• Alinear HR con objetivos de negocio y plan de producción.
• Gestión de nómina, control de tiempo y presencia.
• Desarrollar planes de talento y sucesión.
• Mantener relaciones con sindicatos y stakeholders.
• Liderar la comunicación interna y políticas de bienestar.

Core missions in the HRBP perimeter :

• Strategic Business Partnering & CoachingActs as a daily coach and advisor to managers on all HR aspects, ensuring they effectively lead their teams.
• Contributes to site results by aligning HR strategy with business goals and participating in production planning (PDP).
• Talent Management & DevelopmentManages the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including campus management, employer branding, and onboarding.
• Identifies individual and collective training needs, manages budgets, and coordinates with internal/external learning stakeholders.
• Coordinates talent development tools, annual appraisals, and career
• Relations & EngagementMaintains healthy relations with unions and internal stakeholders, representing HR in site committees.
• Leads the site communication plan, managing newsletters, flash news, and corporate cascading.
• Health, Safety & Well-beingEnsures strict adherence to safety rules and participates in Health/Safety/Environment actions.
• HR Excellence & AdministrationOversees payroll validation, time attendance (vacations, overtime), and ensures data accuracy across HR systems.
• Manages both permanent and temporary staffing levels to meet production demands.
• Passionate about HR topics.
• Negotiation level of English (C1) as well as local language.
