Valeo Martos seeks a Hardware Design Leader to design cutting-edge electronics for top automotive customers. You will lead electronics circuits development, ensuring compliance with engineering processes and design rules, and oversee robust design and validation within budget and timing.

You will handle detailed scheduling, resource planning, and interface with customers for engineering content, applying industry standards and best practices to deliver high-quality lighting and electronics

Formación

• Electronics Engineering Degree or Master, telecommunications or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in Hardware Design in automotive or related industries.
• Knowledge of simulation and CAD tools (Simetrix, Pspice, Cadence).
• EMC good practices and a passion for HW design and automotive industry.
• Negotiation English level is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for complying with engineering disciplines, processes and design rules.
• Plan, monitor and control activities following CPM; robust design and validation within targets.
• Interface with customers for engineering content and conduct design reviews.
• Schedule, budget, and resource planning; ensure milestones and budgets met.
