Valeo, a leading automotive supplier, is seeking a Process/Manufacturing Engineering Engineer/Technician for its Martos plant in Spain. The role focuses on industrialization, production efficiency, and equipment design, with a strong emphasis on lean practices and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant experience, an industrial degree, and fluent English and Spanish, with willingness to travel within the region.

Formación

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Industrial Degree is required.
• Good level of English (B2-C1) and Spanish.
• Be result oriented with teamwork in an international environment.
• Geographical mobility is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the industrialization of processes and equipment within the P1 perimeter.
• Improve production efficiency (machine and Direct Labor) and optimize cycle times.
• Participate in the design of new equipment/lines and lean design workshops.
• Support production with problem solving and training activities.
