Celonis invites you to join the Orbit Graduate program in Madrid for 12 months, developing as an Applied (AI) Value Engineer. You will engage with strategic customers, prototype solutions, and learn to leverage Celonis PI with leading AI partners like Microsoft, OpenAI and Databricks.

During the program, you’ll gain hands-on customer experience, mentorship, and structured training. The program includes onboarding and field engagements across the Benelux region with potential relocation to

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• Excellent academic performance.
• Internship or 1–2 years of work experience at the intersection of business and technology.
• Knowledge of generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration).
• Good knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch).
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills; customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilidades

• AI Discovery & Solutioning: translate customer requirements into innovative AI solutions.
• Hackathons & Prototyping: build prototypes using cutting-edge AI tech.
• Agentic Process Transformation: drive AI deployments with Celonis PI Platform.
• Proof Projects: end-to-end execution of value projects for customers.
• Specialize in domains/industries to scale knowledge.
• Deliver business impact presentations to executives.
