Celonis invites you to join the Orbit Graduate program in Madrid as an Applied (AI) Value Engineer, working with top customers on AI-driven value delivery. The program offers hands-on client engagements, mentorship, and targeted training, with onboarding in Madrid for two years and potential relocation to Stockholm or Copenhagen as the Nordics region is served.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science or related STEM field.
• Excellent academic performance.
• Internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
• Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch).
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.

Responsabilidades

• AI Discovery & Solutioning: understand client AI strategy and business challenges; translate requirements into solutions.
• Hackathons & Prototyping: build rapid prototypes using cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Agentic Process Transformation: enable ROI scale with autonomous AI agents on Celonis Platform.
• Proof Projects: end-to-end value-focused projects for clients.
• Specialize in Domains/Industries: develop domain knowledge (e.g., supply chain).
• Business Impact Presentations: quantify value for executives.
• Ensure Successful Project Outcome: maintain engagement until value adoption thresholds are met.
• Best Practice Modeling: contribute reusable collateral and tools.
