Celonis is seeking an Applied AI Value Engineer for the Orbit Graduate program in Madrid. You will join the Global VE Center of Excellence, supporting field teams and customers, building Celonis solutions with leading AI/ML partners, and advancing your career through mentorship and structured training.

You will gain experience in AI discovery, prototyping, and value realization, while developing industry knowledge and client relationships across Europe, including travel to meet customers.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or related STEM field.
• Excellent academic performance.
• Internship or 1–2 years of full-time work experience in business/tech crossover.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques and practical building blocks.
• Good knowledge of Python and ML libraries; data engineering tools knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• AI Discovery & Solutioning: translate customer requirements into innovative AI solutions.
• Hackathons & Prototyping: rapidly build prototypes leveraging cutting edge AI tech.
• Agentic Process Transformation: enable ROI from AI deployments at scale.
• Proof Projects: end-to-end value realization projects for customers.
• Specialize in domains/industries to scale knowledge across Celonis.
• Business Impact Presentations: quantify value for executives.
• Ensure Successful Project Outcome: maintain involvement until adoption thresholds are met.
• Best Practice Modeling: contribute reusable collateral and tools.
