Celonis is seeking high-potential graduates for the Orbit Graduate program as an Applied (AI) Value Engineer. You will work with strategic customers, building solutions using the Celonis PI platform and AI partners, and demonstrate ROI from AI deployments.

The program blends mentoring, client engagements, and hands-on experience across a diverse, international team. You will gain expertise in discovery, AI solutioning, Python coding (SQL, PQL, Python), and value selling, while developing domain

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science or Mathematics or related STEM field.
• Excellent academic performance.
• Extensive internship or 1–2 years of full-time experience at intersection of business and technology.
• Knowledge of generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration).
• Good knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch); data engineering tools.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving with ability to apply tech to business challenges.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering value.
• Excellent communication and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customers AI strategy and business challenges; translate requirements into innovative solutions.
• Prototype solutions and demonstrate value to executives; ensure implementation and adoption.
• Support AI value realization and ROI scaling in customer projects.
• End-to-end execution of Proof-of-Value projects tailored to customers.
• Specialize in domains or industries (e.g., supply chain) to scale knowledge.
• Deliver business impact presentations to senior executives.
• Ensure project outcomes and adoption thresholds are met.
• Contribute to Global Value Engineering Center with reusable collateral.
